Ed Ragozzino Ballroom

Create your perfect event in the Ed Ragozzino Ballroom. Divide it into Ragozzino north or south, or reserve the entire space. The Ragozzino Ballroom includes an open-air terrace overlooking the 5th Street Public Market alley, as well as a bar that services the terrace, Ragozzino north, and the pre-function space. From a casual classroom setting to a cocktail party, this flexible space is sure to inspire.

Pendleton Room

Nothing says PNW like Pendleton Woolen Mills. Their beautiful fabrics are an intricate art form and represent an important part of Oregon’s history. The Pendleton Room offers a round table that seats up to six guests for an intimate private dinner or small business meeting and is equipped with a flat-screen ready for presentations.

C.B. Mims Sanctuary

A room designed to be whatever you need it to be, the C.B. Mims Sanctuary is a soft-seating space perfect for small gatherings and informal get-togethers, a private watch party, a pre-function event, or a green room. This meeting space is named to honor a cherished Eugene community member who opened his own house to provide sanctuary for travelers to the area in the 1950s.

Hayward Boardroom

Named after legendary University of Oregon coach Bill Hayward and home to the Obie family boardroom table heirloom, the Hayward Boardroom is designed with success in mind. The Maple Room

  • Accommodates up to 65 guests

Get set up in The Maple Room for a corporate presentation, an industry seminar, or a keynote speech. The spacious Maple Room comes equipped with flat-screen TVs, a projector, in-room climate control, and a speaker’s podium, perfect for mid-sized meetings and events of every kind.

The 5th Street Public Market includes a wide variety of venues outside the hotel that your group can choose from. Beyond The Gordon Hotel and Inn at the 5th, the District Coworking Space offers additional meeting spaces for groups in need of some extra accommodation.
